THIS WEEK JULY 23rd: City Council Member , BLONG XIONG 
Blong Xiong has made a career of public service, first working as an investigator for the Public Defender’s office of Fresno County before spending six years as the Deputy Director for Fresno’s Center for New Americans. In 2006, Xiong became the first Hmong American ever elected to a City Council in California.
