District Public Image Chair and Team Meeting
District Public Image Chairs and Teams and other Rotary Brand Champions are coming together for a full day of in person brainstorming, sharing, idea generation and action planning in Sacramento, California on Saturday, September 15, 2018, starting at 8:30 a.m. and concluding at 3:30 p.m., with lunch on site.
Your registration consists of 3 parts:
- Send in this registration form with the information below with $40 per person to reserve your spot.
- There are a limited number of hotel rooms available. If you need a hotel room for Friday evening or Saturday evening, you can reserve a room at the hotel using the link below.
- Plan your transportation to allow you to participate from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 15, 2018. Be sure to coordinate with your District Governor and your District Public Image Team!
Step 1: Registration
If you plan to arrive by 6 p.m. on Friday, September 14 and would like to get together with the group for dinner, please let us know! Please complete this registration and return with $40.00* to cover the cost of lunch and meeting room:

There is shuttle service from the Sacramento International Airport that you can arrange by calling the hotel.
25 Room rates quoted are net non-commissionable. Room rates are quoted exclusive of local occupancy tax (currently 12.0%), and CA Tourism Fees (2.195%) based on room rate in effect at time of check in. Guest room rate includes a full cook to order breakfast for up to two people per room in our Garden Grille Restaurant. Step 3: Plan your transportation.
