Stefanie Krause Estate Planning 101 and new laws

Estate plans help you make sure your estate goes where you want it to go after your death.  Thoughtful estate planning allows you to control your assets, can save thousands of dollars on administration costs, and can help prevent asset-draining legal battles.  Stefanie’s presentation will delve into some common problems that arise from the failure to properly plan, as well as ways to remedy those problems.

Stefanie Krause was born and raised in the San Joaquin Valley.  She graduated as Valedictorian of Clovis High School, graduated with high honors from Fresno State with a major in political science and a minor in philosophy, and graduated #1 in her class at San Joaquin College of Law.  She has practiced in the area of insurance defense, litigation, fraud investigation, and animal law.  In 2009, Stefanie opened her own practice and has been practicing primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate, conservatorships, trust administration, and probate litigation.  Stefanie is also an adjunct professor at San Joaquin College of Law, teaching Animal Law, Legal Process, and Advanced Research and Writing.  Since 2013, she has been a proud member of North Fresno Rotary, the best rotary club in the world.
