Join North Fresno Rotary and District 5230 for our annual Conference at the Big Fresno Fair.  We will have live country music and a line dancing instructor on hand to teach you how to move if you don't already know how to!

There'll also be Western Style BBQ, an Ice Cream Social, and Pancake Breakfast on Saturday!

All this for just $50 per person (reduced rates for kids) covers both days...!!!! 

We have been working hard all year to make this a Rotary family friendly event with fun for all ages.

4:00 PM.  Check-in opens.  Bar opens for craft beer & wine tasting. Appetizers.

5:00 PM.  Wine Garden opens for Fellowship. Mariachi’s and Folklores dancers.

6:30 PM.  Invocation by Fr Carl Faria, Marina Rotary Club.

6:30 PM.  BBQ Dinner. 

7:30 PM. Entertainment. Live CW Music with line dance instructors.

9:00 PM.  End.  Retreat to RV’s hotel’s, etc.

 

Saturday May 14th

7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Pancake Breakfast with Mimosas & Bloody Mary’s served by the Monterey Pacific Club..   Flamenco Guitar player.

9:15 AM  Opening of Conference. Gem & Mineral Building

            Invocation, Fausto Hinojosa, Fig Garden Rotary.

            Pledge of Allegiance, Bruce Mackey, Hanford Rotary Club

            Welcome: DG Mike Andritch, Fig Garden Rotary Club

9:25 AM  Presentation of Awards.

9:45 AM  Jack Hanna, “Heart of the Horse”

10:15 AM  “Break The Barriers” Tumbling and wheelchair Acrobatic Team.

10:45 AM Break

11:00 AM  Business Session.

11:30 AM “Celebration of Life” honoring our deceased members.

12:00 Noon.  Lunch and judging for best hat and best boots contest. Riata Cowboy Cowgirls to entertain.

 

1:00 PM  Ron Johnson to intro Coach Jim White, McFarland HS Cross Country

1:40 PM  DG Mike on the ”State of the District”.

1:45 PM  Camp Royal by Bruce Kleckner.

2:00 PM Ashton Dickerson, Hanford Interact. “How Rotary Saved My Life”.

2:10 PM Youth Exchange “Parade of Flags”.  Melissa and Troy.

3:00 PM Biola Strings. Larry Metzler.

3:15 PM “Ag in California”, Ryan Jacobson of the Farm Bureau.

3:35 PM Video teaser on Marilyn Hamilton.

4:00 PM Wine Tasting & Fellowship.

7:00 PM DG Mike intros Keynote speaker Marilyn Hamilton.
