Where:

5080 North Blackstone Avenue, Fresno, CA 93711

NAMI Fresno provides education, support and advocacy for all people affected by mental illness. Statistically, 1 in 4 people are affected by a mental illness in any given year. Our organization provides these resources, that are developed to national standards, to our community at no cost and from a lived experience perspective. We understand the journey of living with mental illness, whether as a family member or with a diagnosis, is often met with many challenges and stigma. This stigma creates shame and fear of reaching out for help sooner rather than later. As advocates for all those affected by mental illness, we work towards reducing stigma and educating our family members, our loved ones and our community to better understand this journey in hopes to create better support systems and resources for those in need restoring hope that they have lost on that journey.
